People are butchers, bakers and candle stick makers, good at the things they do. They are most able to visualize in their area of expertise. When it comes to home buying or construction, most folks don’t have a background that lends itself to clearly visualize the process. That’s where I can help.

I grew up in a family of builders and carpenters. I looked at blue prints before I could read Dick and Jane.

I’m a licensed construction supervisor. In my career I’ve worked with and for others as well as independently. My hands-on experience is diverse from new construction, additions and remodeling. I’ve been a housing and rehabilitation specialist in the public sector. I also have expertise in the post & beam and log home industry. I’m passionate about energy efficiency.

My service to you is a flat fee in home buying or home consultation to explore the viability of your project and to provide you with a path to a successful end.
