"As our family grew so did our need for space. We like where we live and didn't want to move. Working with Leo we found the solution.
The addition has a master bedroom suite with a propane fireplace that solved the heating issue and adds so much charm. There was a lovely cheery tree growing where the addition stands. Leo had it sawn at a local mill. The wood came back to be used as flooring in our new library and as trim around the fireplace complimenting the stone mantel.
We optimized our sun orientation for passive solar gain. As a bonus the design also gave us great daylighting in the stairwell and open entryway".
